This add-on allows you to type your tweet (Twitter update) into the address line of your browser window and click the green update button. Twitterbar even tracks how many characters you have left in your current post.

I've been using the Fireshot add-on for Firefox to take screenshots. It adds a convenient button to the Firefox toolbar, which lets you take the screenshot. Once you take the screenshot, a new window displays the image which you may save, copy to clipboard, crop, etc...
